01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing r989, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the r989 platform regardless of which device, browser or app version you are using.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the r989 platform. Continued use of r989 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

02 Eligibility

To register and use r989, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a real individual — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through any self-exclusion request previously submitted to r989.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using a shared or borrowed identity.

r989 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age upon request, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification. 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on r989. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identity details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested. r989 may ask you to verify your identity at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted verification documents include government-issued CNIC, passport or driver's licence.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Never share your password with anyone, including r989 staff — our support team will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact r989 support immediately.
• r989 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account names cannot be changed once verified — contact support if you have a genuine correction to make.

r989 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion if it determines that Terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if account information cannot be verified.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on r989 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r989 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are processed in real time for most payment methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on your bank. r989 does not charge deposit fees; however your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you personally.
• Deposits made using third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.
• r989 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing winnings where deposit source cannot be confirmed.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes on r989 only and cannot be treated as a savings or investment account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of your funds. Withdrawals are sent to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank accounts registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, r989 will carry out an identity verification check. You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC or equivalent government-issued ID. This is a one-time requirement under our standard account verification process and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals.

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of approval.
• VIP members may be eligible for faster processing times based on their tier.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see the Bonuses section below.
• r989 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

r989 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply on r989:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, one bonus per promotion per player applies. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: If you withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The r989 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and test matches), football, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed. In-play bets are accepted during live events subject to odds availability.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, r989's standard void rules apply — typically all bets on the affected market are voided and stakes returned unless a result was reached before the interruption.
• Obvious pricing errors — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — may be voided by r989. We will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the relevant market before you place your bet.
• r989 reserves the right to restrict betting on any market or limit maximum stake sizes for any individual player without providing a reason.
• PSL match results are settled using the official scorecard from the relevant cricket board. Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of settlement.

08 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on r989 use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds — each spin, hand or roll is a separate event unaffected by what came before it. r989 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game providers and are based on theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee specific results in any session.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios with professional dealers. Technical issues during a live game session are logged; in the rare case of a disconnection mid-round, the system attempts to complete the round automatically and the result stands.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may change at any moment based on real-time contributions across the player pool.
• If a game malfunctions in a way that produces an incorrect result or display, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from a confirmed malfunction are not honoured.

• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for guaranteed profit — commonly known as arbitrage abuse when done in bad faith.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using r989 to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with r989's platform, software or security systems.
